Welcome to Purple Acid! We are an online women's accessory business focused on helping you look and feel amazing all the time!!

ST0RE POLICY


We are unable to make changes to orders once they have been placed in our system. To ensure that your package is properly delivered, make sure that your address is entered correctly and includes all relevant information.

 

The use of correct abbreviations, street numbers, building or apartment numbers, and route information (if applicable) are critical to ensuring delivery.

We do not take responsibility for lost, misplaced, or incorrectly delivered shipments if the address information provided is incorrect at the time of purchase.

Returned-to-Sender & Refused Packages

  • This can happen if (1) an address is invalid or missing information, (2) the carrier is unable to deliver your package, or (3) the order is refused by the customer at time of delivery.

  • Returned-to-Sender or Refused packages will be restocked and you will be issued store credit in the form of an E-Gift Card minus the initial shipping charge.

  • We ONLY ship in the USA.

  •  Once your order is placed merchandise will be sent within 1- 2 business days from the order date. A confirmation email will be sent to you to with detailed tracking information. You can also find your shipping details by logging into your account.

  • Please note that while we don't foresee any delays after the parcel has shipped these events may occur. Please contact us in the event our carrier is delayed, and we will be happy to help locate the parcel for you.

  • We have the following shipping options within the United States:

Flat Rate | 5-7 Business Days $5.00, Free shipping for items over $50.00

No Returns or Exchanges! All sales are final. We are confident that you will be satisfied with your purchase and greatly appreciate your business, however we understand that a mistake can happen occasionally.

Following are conditions in which we will give store credit…

1. Items were damaged en-route.

2. Items look like they were originally defective.

3. Order is wrong, these are not the items I ordered.

We value your business and customer satisfaction is our #1 priority.

Great care and steps are involved in packaging your selection to boxes that don't come pre-designed for your order, excessive amount of bubble wraps to ensure that your items are received in the order that they leave our warehouse.

However, when your items are damaged en-route, we will assume responsibility and give you full store credit when meeting the follow criteria.

  • Damaged, missing and incorrect items must be reported within 2 business days of your package’s delivery. If this report is not made within 2 business days, we will not consider the claim as warranted.

  • All returns are refunded via store credit.

 

You will be responsible for covering the shipping costs to return your item(s).

 

Purple Acid LLC is not liable for any return packages that may become lost or stolen in-transit. Please keep your proof of postage and/or return tracking number when shipping back your returns.

Reserved Rights Regarding Returns

We reserve the right to solely define and limit, refuse, and/or reject returns from customers at any time due to:

  • An irregular or excessive returns history involving worn, damaged, or missing items

  • Potential fraudulent or criminal activity.
